At the same time, she let us take the lead when we wanted to and was 100% on our timeline. Olivia is a friend turned realtor. I was in a sticky situation with trying to sell my house to move for work, and I was extremely nervous and stressed over the process. Olivia made everything extremely manageable and helped with pretty much every little detail from helping me find good contractors to fix certain things and advice on what would generate more interest in the house. She was also super accommodating with my busy work schedule. Not only did she make the process go smoothly, but she was super knowledgeable about the market in Baltimore and was able to get me well over asking price and sell the house in a matter of days. 100% would work with her again and would recommend.

Elizabeth and her daughter Olivia were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They patiently answered all of our questions and supported us every step of the way. They helped us to buy our first home in 2015 and since we were so happy with the experience, we called them back to help us sell the house in 2020. I strongly recommend both Elizabeth and Olivia. They are great and if I ever have the need for a realtor in Maryland, I will contact them for sure!
